For our international client in Venlo, we are looking for a

Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you are the linchpin in this logistical success story. You are responsible for delivering management information and reports based on established goals and KPIs. You coordinate daily logistical activities, optimize warehouse processes, and initiate improvement projects. In this role, your leadership skills are fully realized, as you are involved in building a new team and onboarding new clients, all within a state-of-the-art double-decker warehouse. You coach and guide your team, with safety and quality as central priorities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Aligning logistical activities within your operation with those of other internal departments;
• Ensuring a correct and timely execution of logistical processes;
• Providing management information based on pre-agreed targets and KPIs;
• Carrying out all managerial tasks, including performance and appraisal discussions.
