Optional: assessments and tests (*)

In the selection process, we can use tests at the request of the client to gain more insight into your capacities and behavioural characteristics. You can think of:

  • A personality test
  • A cognitive ability test
  • A management test
  • An assessment

Or a combination thereof. The above tests are not an end in themselves, but are only a tool.
