For our client a international logistics company in Cuijk, we are looking for a

Warehouse Teamleader

Are you the driving force behind a well-organized warehouse? Can you lead a team to optimize productivity and meet quality standards seamlessly? If challenges fuel your ambition and you know how to get the best out of your team, then they want you on their side!

Your responsibilities are:

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you play a crucial role in the smooth operation of their logistics processes. Your expertise ensures that their warehouse functions like clockwork, and no challenge is too big for you.

  • Team Collaboration: Act as the go-to colleague for the supervisor, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the warehouse team of 10 to 25 members;
  • Operational Efficiency: Distribute daily operational tasks strategically, ensuring the right people are in the right place to meet production standards, time, and quality requirements;
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address deviations and disruptions in the workflow, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Process Improvement: Provide valuable input for projects aimed at enhancing logistics processes and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations;
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with legal, company, and safety regulations, creating a secure and compliant working environment.

Function requirements

  • MBO work and thinking level;
  • Min 3 years of leadership work experience;
  • Experience within a logistics (3PL) environment;
  • Excellent command of the English language both verbally and in writing;
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts or a 2-shift schedule (06.00-15.00 / 15.00-24.00);
  • Available for 40 hours a week.
