For our client, an international logistics service provider in Venlo, we are looking for a Team Leader customer service who stands firm and gains energy from leading a dynamic team.

In this role, you will lead a team that is in full development. You will be engaged daily in collecting and analyzing reports, setting KPIs, discussing the progress with the client, and distributing tasks within the team. You will hold operational meetings with our clients about the daily operations and implement any improvements within the team. This dynamic role requires that you can flexibly respond to unexpected situations: you will be part of it.

How do you achieve this? With your knowledge of operational and logistics processes, you ensure that the right data is available. You set KPIs, improve work processes, and ensure that the team can perform optimally! You accomplish this by:

  • Distributing tasks, coaching, and guiding your colleagues, and conducting work meetings;
  • Holding weekly and monthly meetings with the client, where you monitor and present processes;
  • Carefully following up on reports and escalations and ensuring timely solutions;
  • Contributing to building a close-knit team and improving and formulating work instructions to increase efficiency.

Conditions

A good salary; Travel expense reimbursement; 28 vacation days and 4 additional leave days: 8% vacation pay; Good pension scheme, partially premium-free part and a personal contribution of 5%.

Function Requirements

Experience gained as a manager, experience in a customer service-related role is a plus; your enthusiasm and passion are contagious! Your colleagues gain new energy to get started; excellent command of the English language; knowledge of and affinity with warehouse and logistics processes in 3PL environments.
