Shipping Associate 32-40 hours

We are looking for a motivated Shipping associate 32-40 hours for our client Belden in Venlo.

You will be organizing transport and transport/export related documents for shipments within and outside of the EU. This includes but is not limited to activities like invoicing, creating transport documents, booking transport, archiving and optimizing processes

You will work in a team of 8 colleagues.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring correct and on time invoicing, transport booking and loading.
• Prioritizing order processes based on stakeholder signals and carrier agreements.
• Organizing transport within and outside the EU.
• Effective coordination with (express) carriers and various departments.
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of transport documents.
• Handling shipping and transport complaints.
• Proactive contribution to realize sustainable process improvements.

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in a shipping, transport and/or export environment.
• Having experience with transport and export documents.
• Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• ERP, pre: SAP, SAP S4/Hana.
• Good knowledge of the English Language.
• This is position for 32-40 hours
