For our client, a leading international logistics player in Oostrum, we are looking for an

IT second line Service Desk employee (32-40 hours)

Within the team, technical services are performed for the installation and incident management of workstations, laptops, servers, networks (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi, scanners, telephones, and printers. This is partly done in cooperation with various corporate support departments.

Install, configure, and manage hardware and networks; Resolve and escalate incidents; Manage Service Desk tickets (ServiceNow); Support users on Windows, Apple, and mobile devices; Document processes and manage IT assets; Support projects; Participate in standby services.

• Education level minimal on MBO-4 level.
• At least 1-year prior desktop and infrastructure hardware support experience in a similar role.
• Preferably ITIL Foundation certificate.
• Experienced with networking infrastructure and VPN.
• Knowledge of Windows 10+ OS.
• Experience with Active Directory (Users and Computers).
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Windows Networking environment.
• Exposure to LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks.
• MS Office/365 Troubleshooting Skills.
