Customer Service Specialist
In this customer service position you work closely with the sales team and the customers, to deliver more than just products, but to provide tailored solutions for their clients to achieve continuous improvement and long-term partnerships.

What are you going to do?
In this role, you are responsible for several tasks and activities:
- Accurately processing inquiries and orders received via phone, email, or digital platforms.
- Providing timely and professional responses to questions from distributors and the sales team.
- Coordinating order-related information across departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Handling RGA requests, invoices, scheduling details, credits, and debits.
- Implementing company policies and service standards in all customer interactions.
- Contributing to process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Supporting colleagues and assisting with additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
- Maintaining a professional tone in all verbal and written communication.
- Assisting with switchboard operations to ensure prompt responsiveness.
- Supporting sales and marketing projects when needed.

- you live in the area of Venlo
- fulltime available and you can work very independent , 36 hours is possible
- Language skills in English and Dutch are very good
- you have 3-5 years working experience in Customer Service
- if you have similar CS-experience in a technical, (int) manufacturing enviroment, that would be a big plus
