For our client an international logistics company in Venlo, we are looking for a

Controlroom Specialist

As a Control Room Specialist, you are responsible for monitoring and directing production processes. You are the force that anticipates and predicts disruptions. With the ability to extract data from all systems, you continuously keep the daily goal in mind and ensure that the operation proceeds according to plan. As one of the specialists in this relatively new department, you play a key role in the growth and development of their operation.

You are responsible for:

• Resolving first-line issues and identifying opportunities for improvement processes;
• Communicating with operations about the status of process flows, changes, and required guidance, and providing valuable input to various stakeholders;
• Steering and monitoring the progress of processes.

• HBO work- and thinking level;
• Demonstrable solid logistics and automated warehouse knowledge, gained as a process engineer, automation engineer or troubleshooter, for example;
• Ability to always remain calm in a dynamic environment, allowing you to maintain an overview and always set the right priorities;
• Good command of the English language and knowledge of various software systems;
• You are fulltime available.
